Account creation in NT+ is free. However, there is a one-time USD 99 Registration Fee to fully activate your account with NT+. A non-activated account will be unable to set the username to create a referral URL, and hence, unable to earn Active Income. Registration Fee is not required for members who just want to earn Passive Income.
